Yoga

Our beautiful yoga rooms are a sanctuary for you to either begin or continue your love affair with yoga.

These sacred ancient teachings work at a profound level improving all over health and well being and regardless of whether you are at beginner level, an advanced practitioner or anywhere in between, all levels are welcome to all of our classes as we pride ourselves on creating a comfortable environment for all levels.

You do not have to be flexible to do yoga- you become flexible by doing it.

Your practice will be a fusion of Hatha yoga and Vinyasa principles with a dedicated teacher to guide you through.
