Applying for Membership Variations
Please note that the following conditions apply to all requests for Membership Variations:
- The cut off for any variation is 9AM, Wednesday before the billing date.
- Your membership must be current and paid to date.
- All outstanding fees must be paid prior to any Membership variations being processed.
- The minimum Membership term must be complete when applicable.
- Minimum 2 weeks and maximum 14 weeks suspension. Fees apply of $3.00 per week. In fortnightly blocks, corresponding to Heart and Soul Health Clubs billing dates.
- You can only cancel your Membership after the expiry of the minimum term and 14 days notice must be given
- No suspensions or cancellations are done in retrospect.
- After applying for a variation to your Membership it will be reviewed by Heart and Soul Health Clubs and you will be contacted by Head Office prior to any changes being made.
N.B. To ensure your request has gone through please be sure to "submit" your form and wait for a successful submission note to pop up
