For many years I had suffered from frequent lower back pain and was seeing a chiropractor with good, though not great, results. After the initial assessment Neil believed that I would benefit from core and stomach strengthening and the results have been excellent - now I have almost no lower back pain and a noticeable increase in overall strength (as well as being three kilos lighter than when we began!) We also focused on improving hip flexibility, again with very obvious improvement. Even some time after the surgery, I was still sore and I was afraid I would never get back to walking with confidence and pleasure. At the gym that I was attending (Heart and Soul), Neil took me under his wing and started to rebuild my posture and self-confidence. He worked with me for 6 months, a long session per week, + a couple of times a week on my own. I have regained balance, strength, mobility and straightened up my shoulders and back.
