Pilates

Pilates will improve your strength, stability and flexibility creating better posture. Pilates focuses on your body’s core architectural system – the deep stabilising postural muscles of the spine and trunk and by doing so increases stability and control of your back, pelvis, hips, neck and shoulders. Pilates is a most excellent way to learn how to isolate your muscles creating a deeper body awareness and connection.
