Katie has worked as a teacher since the age of 14. After completing an associate degree in Dance with minors of physiology she found a passion for fitness. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness and that a healthy heart is the key to a healthy body. After completing her cert IV in fitness she has been specialising as a personal trainer for 4 years now.

Ryan has worked in the health Industry for over five years and has spent the last few years working as an Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer. Ryan has a Cert IV Health & Fitness, BA in Psychology and has studied under an Exercise Physiologist. Ryan has extensive knowledge in CHEK Holistic Training Principles, Poliquin Strength Protocols and Nutrition.

“I consider myself an athlete and have competed in National levels of Swimming/Cross Country and Surf Lifesaving since I was 15 years old. My greatest highlight to date is competing in the Coolangatta Gold in 2009 after a 5 year absence in the sport. I like to train indoors and outdoors. Whether it is one on one training, a small group or a large class, I believe in a balanced approach to Health and Fitness including Strength, Flexibility, Cardiovascular Health and Spiritual Development."
