Circuit Training is an all over body workout that enhances Cardiovascular Fitness whilst combining the benefits of Resistance Training.

This Circuit Style Training and it’s variability challenges the skills of you, the participant, and keeps you interested from session to session. 
 
Circuit Training alternates muscle groups, allowing for adequate recovery. This class will take you on that path to increased weight loss, lean muscle gain and most importantly, RESULTS!
