Your have a dedicated and committed Personal Trainer to help you set your goals, show you the plan of how to actually achieve them and then guide you along the way.

Your Personal Trainer shows you what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. They work with you regularly and closely giving you support, motivation, education and encouragement along the way.

Measurements are taken on regular occasion throughout the 12 weeks to ensure you are on track.

You have a diary to follow and fill in daily. This is valuable information for you and your Trainer to keep you on track.
